Data we collect

We collect the information you provide directly to us — name, contact details, property information — when you fill out our contact form or communicate with our team. We also collect certain technical data (IP address, device type, pages visited) for security and site improvement purposes.

How we use your data

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiries, present our property management and partnership services, and improve your experience with Omniova. We never use it for advertising profiling.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses cookies essential to its proper functioning (language preference, form security) as well as anonymized audience-measurement cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site's core functionality.

Data retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, then for a maximum of 3 years for commercial follow-up purposes, unless a longer retention period is legally required or you request earlier deletion.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It may be shared with our operational partners (maintenance, accounting, partner brokers) strictly for the purpose of delivering our services, under confidentiality obligations.

International data transfers

Omniova operates in three jurisdictions — Québec (Canada), the Dominican Republic, and the United Arab Emirates — each with its own data protection framework: Québec's Law 25, the Dominican Republic's Law No. 172-13 on Data Protection, and the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Your data may be processed in any of these jurisdictions depending on the market your inquiry relates to. Regardless of where processing occurs, we apply contractual safeguards designed to meet the highest standard among these three regimes, so your protection does not vary by market.

Your rights

Whichever of our three markets your inquiry relates to, you may at any time request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent — under Québec's Law 25, the Dominican Republic's Law No. 172-13, or the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021, as applicable. We apply the same request process across all three markets: simply contact us directly.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
